We’re all facing the same dilemma, winter is ending and summer is about to get there fast, unfortunately we all got fat during the winter, it’s cold outside and the motivation to do sport in order to burn our fat out is melting proportionally as the temperature outside are getting down… But hey, either you don’t give out a crap about being that fat guy on the beach this summer, either it’s more than time to start shaking your ass, to turn in a pool of sweat and to burn those extra fat.
And your a lucky guy, I just found out the best coach to motivate you out, Zuzana from BodyRock.tv will just kick your ass after having broke your eyes and heart. She’s publishing a crap load of videos about how to exercise indoor with no need to buy any kind of fitness’ materials except a little timer. Those training looks like the one from the Lafay’s method I was using when making a lot of sport in my 20′s and I can guaranty that its freaking working well. You’re gonna be in a lot of pain, that’s for sure but it’s worth all the coach or any gyms you’ll have to pay for.
