I have watched the whole movie, and I could only recognize around 439 from over 2,500 logos. I really love the message it delivers :)

I first found out about "Logorama" last year. I guess it was around the time they played the short at Cannes as it was reported on the channel "France 24" or such. At that time, I kinda wanted to see what that was like, but like most others, waited until someone sneaked it online like everything else right now!

What I saw of it was just great. Kinda evoked that feeling I got years ago watching several Warner Bros. cartoons that did a similar premise like books come to life (Have You Got Any Castles, Book Revue) or advertisements come to life (Lights Fantastic). This one kinda takes it one step further with the actual logos and mascots displayed on screen for the duration. While I wished some logos i know had made the cut for this (there's a few but I can't remember at the moment), it was kind neat to see earlier versions of ones represented like the Esso oil drop waitress (kinda expected the tiger perhaps) or the building she works in being based on an earlier logo for Pizza Hut (the new version is like some 6 year old doodled that in finger painting class).

Probably an even bigger surprise was to see one of my town's landmark establishments coming up 37 seconds into the film's opening itself (Food Town Supermarkets)! I didn't expect to see that logo at all and it nearly gave me a heart attack. That place hasn't been around for quite some time over here, though they were a smaller supermarket chain serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan up to the early 2000's. It's still slightly around, but now owned by someone else who bought the trademark/assets when it went under and only operates one or two stores here and there (and not the one just down the street from my house), the logo doesn't even get used anymore. Again, I wasn't expecting to see that logo used in this film, but I'm glad they immortalized it forever!
http://web.archive.org/web/19991128174857/http:...

Wow. This is so cool. A bit violent, but I loved that highway with the Audi rings, the AOL people and Mr. clean was pretty funny too.
